Help shape the future of Beckenham Town

Beckenham_signBeckenham town centre is set to receive a timely boost following the successful Transport for London (TfL) bid for Beckenham Town Centre improvements.

Prior to the submission of the bid for TfL funding, Bromley Council in consultation with the local community have already successfully delivered a number of initiatives for the town centre. These include the publication of a new heritage trail booklet.

New street furniture has also been installed in and around the High Street and new fingerposts have been strategically located in and around the High Street helping pedestrians find their way around the town centre

A Beckenham Town Centre Working Group has been formed to help shape the future of Beckenham Town with the next meeting being held on Thursday, December 10  at Beckenham Library, Beckenham Road, BR3 4PE at 7.30pm.

All Beckenham businesses welcome.
