Gracious Care is for anyone who wishes to remain independent in their own home but requires a level of help. Our fully trained support team can help in both domestic and personal care tasks.
Our customers may have had a dementia diagnosis or permanent or temporary limits to their capabilities due to surgery or an extended spell in hospital. Gracious Care can provide companionship at diagnosis to 24hour live-in care. Our customer’s family or spouse is then free to give more time and attention and physical and emotional resources to care for a loved one. Gracious Care services can make all the difference.
