I am a Naturopathic Health Coach offering an holistic approach to improving clients’ health and fitness. I offer clients information, support and accountability so that they are empowered to start their health journey and learn how to negate the risks of chronic disease. I work with clients in many different areas including nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep and gut health. I offer in person and online (remote) consultations and offer healthy food workshops, healthy living seminars and demonstrations.
